  1. Hi!, Jessi Lynn, I really liked the way you used readings from the postmodernism book and compared it to the history classes in Texas article we "argued, not really discused" in class. Regarding your big question, I really agree with you, history classes in Texas (or anywhere else for that matter), should not be focused on Christianity, for it would make their teachings questionable. For instance, everyone has different opinions and religions and not everyone believes in God. Religion, in my point of view, has its place(such as church or at home as you stated), focusing it in history books will only vanish history and convert it into biblical studies. I believe that if you would like to focus your learnings on biblical studies, you should attend a religion affiliated school.Religion shouldn't interfere with one's learning in history or with ones views.
